PCBA control board designs face four key connector challenges:
(1) Space constraints — modern control boards pack more functionality into smaller footprints, demanding compact connector pitches from 1.0mm to 2.54mm.
(2) Assembly reliability — high-volume PCB assembly requires connectors with positioning walls, anti-mis-insertion features and SMT grounding tabs for automated pick-and-place compatibility.
(3) Vibration resistance — control boards in moving equipment (robots, vehicles, servo systems) need locking mechanisms that prevent connector loosening over millions of motion cycles.
(4) Multi-interface integration — a single control board often needs connectors for power input, signal I/O, communication buses and sensor feedback, each with different current and signal requirements.

A1501 Series (1.5mm pitch): Compact 2-5P/7P structure ideal for space-constrained servo control boards, elevator control modules and compact consumer device main boards.
A2001 Series (2.0mm pitch): Positioning walls and pin protection design. Proven in robot controller boards, smart cleaning robot main boards, BMS acquisition boards and electric lawn mower PCBA. Prevents mis-insertion and provides mechanical stability under vibration.
A2501 Series (2.54mm pitch): Mature, cost-effective solution for general board interconnect, auxiliary power interfaces, board-to-board connections in elevator communication modules and consumer device control boards.
C4201 Series: Power connectors for motor driver boards and high-current control board power inputs, supporting multi-wire expansion.
All series available in DIP and SMT variants with grounding tabs for enhanced PCB adhesion.

Servo Driver Boards: A1501 for control signal input, WLGS007S terminal blocks for field power connection, C4201 for motor power output.
Robot Controllers: A2001 with positioning walls for encoder feedback signals, A1257 (1.25mm) for end-effector micro connections in confined spaces.
BMS Master Boards: A2501 for board-to-board communication, A1002 (1.0mm) for cell sampling signal input.
Elevator Control Modules: XH2.5mm series for floor control, PH2.0mm for communication terminal modules, VH3.96mm for power connections.
Smart Cleaning Robots: A1501 for main board signal, A2001 for motor driver board, A2501 for battery management board.
