Our in-house testing laboratory supports comprehensive connector qualification: electrical testing (contact resistance, insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage), mechanical testing (insertion/extraction force, vibration, shock, cable pull), environmental testing (IP67/IP68 waterproof, salt spray, thermal shock -40°C to +125°C, humidity cycling), and reliability testing (mating cycle life, current aging, UV exposure). All testing follows IEC, UL and customer-specific protocols.
