Manufacturing Overview

Industrial automation systems demand connectors that withstand continuous vibration, electromagnetic interference, temperature cycling and chemical exposure while maintaining signal integrity. WLconnectivity provides comprehensive connectivity solutions covering the entire automation chain: from sensor-level M8/M12 field connections to control cabinet IO wiring, servo motor drive cables, and factory-floor Ethernet infrastructure. Our solutions are proven in PLC control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi compatible), servo drive installations, sensor networks, and Industry 4.0 smart factory deployments.

Production Capabilities

Injection Molding: 60-450 ton molding machines for connector housings, insulators and custom plastic components. Precision Stamping: 25-250 ton progressive die stamping for contacts, terminals and metal components with ±0.01mm tolerance. CNC Machining: Precision metal turning and milling for aviation connector shells and special metal components. Automated Assembly: High-speed connector assembly lines with vision inspection for pin insertion, housing assembly and quality verification. Cable Processing: Automated cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering and harness assembly for wire-to-connector termination. Overmolding: Cable-to-connector overmolding for waterproof sealed assemblies (M8/M12/DP molded cables).

Quality & Testing Laboratory

Our in-house testing laboratory supports comprehensive connector qualification: electrical testing (contact resistance, insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage), mechanical testing (insertion/extraction force, vibration, shock, cable pull), environmental testing (IP67/IP68 waterproof, salt spray, thermal shock -40°C to +125°C, humidity cycling), and reliability testing (mating cycle life, current aging, UV exposure). All testing follows IEC, UL and customer-specific protocols.
