Application Overview

Industrial sensors are the eyes and ears of automation systems — providing real-time data on temperature, proximity, pressure, position and more. WLconnectivity provides three categories of sensor connectivity: M Series Circular Connectors (M8/M12 with IP67/IP68 for industrial field sensors), NTC Temperature Sensor Custom Cables (thermistor wires with metal/epoxy/plastic housing for BMS and temperature monitoring), and Pre-assembled Sensor Harnesses (plug-and-play cables with custom lengths for rapid deployment).

M8/M12 Sensor Connectors

M8: Compact 3/4/5-pin for proximity sensors, inductive sensors and space-constrained IoT devices. IP67, -40°C to +85°C. M12 A-coded: 4/5/8-pin standard for industrial sensors and actuators, IP67/IP68, widely compatible with major sensor brands. Available in assembly type (field-installable), molded type (factory pre-assembled with PVC/PUR/silicone cable), front-lock and rear-lock panel mount. Custom cable lengths from 0.3m to 30m.

NTC Temperature Sensor Cables

NTC custom cables are designed specifically for negative temperature coefficient thermistor sensors, ensuring compatibility and stable performance. WLconnectivity offers: Fixed terminal temperature sensors (screw-mount, metal shell, high voltage resistance, weatherproof, anti-corrosion), Nickel sheet temperature sensors (epoxy/metal/plastic shell, 22-30AWG PVC/silicone/XLPE wire, UL and environmental certified). Custom wire lengths, termination types and housing materials available.
