1)Pass the cable through the strain-relief boot ①, rear nut ②, and cable collet ③ in sequence.
2)Solder the conductors to the contact assembly ⑤ in the specified order.
3)Fit the two-piece retaining ring ④ onto the soldered contact assembly. Ensure that the window in the retaining ring aligns with the corresponding projection on the contact assembly.
4)Position the cable collet ③ correctly on the cable. Ensure that the projection on the cable collet aligns with the groove in the retaining ring ④.
Insert the contact assembly ⑤, retaining ring ④, and cable collet ③ into the plug shell assembly ⑥ in sequence. Ensure that the projection on the retaining ring aligns with the corresponding internal notch in the plug shell assembly.
5)Tighten the rear nut ② onto the plug shell assembly ⑥.
6)Fit the strain-relief boot ① over the corresponding shoulder of the rear nut ②.
