Connectors include M12 for joint interfaces, C4140 for encoder feedback, and A1257 micro connectors for end-effector signals. Humanoid

Robot Solutions: ORIN board debugging cables, head microphone signal cables, MINI custom harnesses, LiDAR connection cables — all designed for the unique form factor and routing constraints of humanoid platforms.

AGV Power Cables: High-current DP connector terminated power cables for AGV battery charging and motor drive, with abrasion-resistant jacketing for floor-level routing.

Cable types: PVC, PUR, silicone, XLPE, TPE — selected for specific flex life, temperature and chemical resistance requirements. Wire gauge: 22AWG-30AWG standard, custom available. Connector

termination: M8/M12/DP/RJ45/USB or mixed connectors on a single harness. Shielding: Braided, foil or combination for EMI protection. Our FAE team provides rapid prototyping from 40-unit R&D batches to monthly 10,000+ volume production, with typical prototype lead time of 5-7 working days.
