Battery Management Systems require reliable signal acquisition from every individual cell in the battery pack — voltage, temperature and current — in confined spaces with minimal signal loss. BMS boards operate in vibration-prone environments with temperature cycling, demanding connectors that maintain stable contact resistance over years of continuous operation. The connector hierarchy from cell level to system level requires different pitch sizes, current ratings and mechanical properties at each layer.

Cell/Module Level — A1002 series (1.0mm pitch): Ultra-compact for individual cell voltage and temperature sampling in confined battery module spaces. Minimal footprint allows high-density signal routing. Module-to-BMS Level — A2001/A2002 series (2.0mm pitch): Better mechanical stability with positioning walls and pin protection for module-to-BMS acquisition board connections, suitable for light vibration environments. BMS Board Level — A2501 series (2.54mm pitch): Mature and cost-effective for board-to-board connections and auxiliary power interfaces, providing long-term reliable operation. High-Power BMS — ES01 rectangular floating blind-mate (200A): Composite design for simultaneous power and signal transmission, floating mechanism eliminates tolerance issues. ES04 (700A): Signal section in assembled or injection-molded variants for customer flexibility.

All wire-to-board series feature anti-vibration locking mechanisms, SMT grounding tabs for secure PCB soldering, and operating temperature -40°C to +105°C. A1002: 1.0mm pitch, 2-30 pins, current rating 1A. A2001: 2.0mm pitch, 2-20 pins, current rating 3A, with positioning walls. A2501: 2.54mm pitch, 2-20 pins, current rating 3A, mature design. All connectors are UL/CE/RoHS certified with gold-plated contacts for minimal signal degradation in sampling circuits.
