DS24 series are metal circular connectors with IP68 protection, threaded locking, and chrome‑plated zinc alloy housing for corrosion resistance and long service life. They offer 2–19 pins, use PPS high‑temperature insulator and gold‑plated copper contacts for stable conductivity. Working temperature: -40℃ to +85℃, mating cycles: 500. Used in machinery, automation, communications, instrumentation and lighting equipment.

The DS aviation connector series products use zinc alloy (chrome-plated) metal for the outer shell, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life. The chrome plating makes the product surface more beautiful. The thermoplastic PPS insulator has good electrical insulation, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The gold-plated copper pins are resistant to insertion and removal, oxidation resistance, and faster and more stable conductivity.
