IP68 heavy-duty waterproof aviation connectors with threaded locking for energy storage, robotics and outdoor applications
The DP series is WLconnectivity's flagship waterproof aviation connector line, widely used in outdoor energy storage cabinets, robotic arm base power supply, underwater robots and landscape lighting. Key features: IP68 waterproof rating (tested at 2m depth for 48 hours), threaded locking mechanism for vibration resistance, copper pins with gold plating for low contact resistance, and multiple termination options (screw, crimp, solder, PCB pin). Available in DP11, DP13, DP17, DP21, DP29 sub-series covering 2-29 pin configurations.

DP series connectors support three termination methods to suit different production and field installation scenarios. Screw Termination: wire secured by screw clamp, tool-friendly, reusable for field maintenance. Crimp Termination: factory crimped contacts for high-volume production with consistent connection quality. Solder Termination: soldered contacts for permanent connections requiring lowest contact resistance. PCB Pin: straight or right-angle PCB mount pins for direct board-level integration in equipment chassis.
