Cell Sampling — requires ultra-compact connectors (1.0mm pitch) in confined battery module spaces, with <0.5mΩ contact resistance variance to maintain measurement accuracy within ±2mV.
Module-to-BMS — needs positioning walls to prevent mis-insertion during assembly, mechanical stability under vibration from vehicle or cabinet environments.
Board-Level Integration — requires mature, cost-effective connectors for auxiliary power and communication between BMS sub-boards.
High-Power Interface — demands 200A+ current capacity with simultaneous signal paths for power distribution units (PDU) and pack-level contactors.

BMS Board Level — A2501 series (2.54mm pitch): Mature, proven solution for board-to-board connections and auxiliary power interfaces. Low-cost for high-volume applications.
