
WLconnectivity wire-to-board connectors are the backbone of PCB-level interconnect in BMS systems, industrial control boards, servo drives and sensor modules. Key series include: A1002 (1.0mm pitch, ultra-compact for BMS cell sampling), A1251/A1254/A1257 (1.25mm pitch for space-constrained signal connections), A1501/A1502 (1.5mm pitch for compact signal/low power), A2001/A2002 (2.0mm pitch with positioning walls and pin protection for reliable board connections), A2501/A2547/A2548/A2549 (2.54mm pitch, mature and cost-effective for general board interconnect). All series feature anti-vibration locking, SMT grounding tabs for reliable PCB soldering, and operating temperature -40°C to +105°C.

Choosing the right pitch depends on your PCB space, current requirements and reliability needs. 1.0mm (A1002): Ultra-compact for high-density BMS cell sampling — minimum footprint for maximum channel count. 1.25mm (A1251/A1254/A1257): Space-constrained signal connections in mobile devices and miniature sensors. 1.5mm (A1501/A1502): Balanced compact design for servo control boards, sensor modules and general-purpose signal connections. 2.0mm (A2001/A2002): Positioning walls and pin protection for reliable industrial control board connections in vibration environments. 2.54mm (A2501/A2547-49): Industry-standard pitch, cost-effective for BMS board interconnect, auxiliary power and general industrial wiring.
