- Base and main power supply module：As the primary power and signal input node for the entire robotic arm, the base needs to stably support the main power supply and transmit basic sensing signals under vibration. - Power drive and joint motion module: Long-term high-speed rotation and repeated bending of each axis joint can easily lead to connection loosening and fatigue failure. The joint interface uses WL Technology's M12 series circular waterproof connectors, with IP67 protection and an anti-loosening structure to resist vibration and environmental influences. High-speed joint control and synchronous communication use WL Technology's RJ45 8P8C double-ended connector cable, supporting the EtherCAT protocol to ensure low latency for multi-axis coordination.
