For chassis sensing signal input, WL Technology's 3.00mm pitch C3030 series wire-to-wire connectors are used, balancing current capacity and vibration resistance within a limited space, ensuring stable power supply and basic sensing from the source.
  • Power drive and joint motion module: Long-term high-speed rotation and repeated bending of each axis joint can easily lead to connection loosening and fatigue failure. The joint interface uses WL Technology's M12 series circular waterproof connectors, with IP67 protection and an anti-loosening structure to resist vibration and environmental influences. High-speed joint control and synchronous communication use WL Technology's RJ45 8P8C double-ended connector cable, supporting the EtherCAT protocol to ensure low latency for multi-axis coordination. Combined with Electronic Valley's customized flexible joint wiring harness and vibration-resistant terminals, the risk of cable fatigue and poor contact caused by long-term motion is reduced.
