Underwater robots (ROVs) and pool cleaning robots face continuous submersion, high water pressure, and chemical corrosion from chlorine or saltwater. Connectors must provide absolute sealing for power and data transmission to prevent catastrophic short circuits and equipment failure.
Our DP and DS series aviation plugs are tested for continuous deep-water submersion (up to 50m). With 2-29 pin configurations, they can integrate high-current power for propulsion motors and shielded data lines for cameras/sensors into a single waterproof interface.
Beyond panel-mount connectors, we supply custom waterproof tether cables. These overmolded PUR/PVC cables are specifically designed to resist water ingress, chemical corrosion, and mechanical wear during underwater movement, ensuring reliable long-term operation for pool cleaners.
